We are honored to announce that the Jean Somerville Kotkin Memorial Fund has been established at the American Ethical Union. This fund will provide support to young people with financial need who wish to attend the Encampment in 2014 or later years. Jon Kerner (EFC ’65) and Beth Kotkin (EFC ’69) initiated this fund to both honor their mother and support the Encampment. Jean Somerville Kotkin was the first president of the American Ethical Union and an ardent supporter of the EFC.
